What to Expect
During the consultation, one of our trainers will discuss your fitness goals, any injuries or limitations, and your schedule. This is also a chance for us to recommend the best trainer on our team and determine which of our Manhattan training locations—from the Upper East and Upper West Sides to Union Square and SoHo—works best for you.
The Trial Session
Your trial session is a hands-on experience designed to show you how we train. You’ll go through a customized workout so you can get a feel for our coaching style, communication, and overall approach. Our goal is for you to walk away feeling challenged, supported, and confident that you’re in good hands.
