We’re excited to partner with New York Stretch for a special Strength + Stretch Edition of Barbells Over Bottles—combining high-energy training with guided recovery and community.

The evening begins with a 45-minute full-body group workout, designed to challenge you and get you moving. Immediately after class, New York Stretch will lead a hands-on assisted stretch session, helping every participant recover, loosen up, and reset.

As always, the night continues with our signature mocktails, snacks, and social hour—a relaxed, alcohol-free space to connect, unwind, and hang out after the work is done.
